Disclaimer

Effective date: October 16, 2026  |  Last updated: October 16, 2026  |  Applies to: all content on WellingtonAutoService.com and our advertising

4.1 General information only

The content on this Site — including service descriptions, articles, checklists, FAQs, diagrams, images, and any AI-assisted material — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional automotive, engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person inspection of your vehicle by a qualified technician. You should not rely on Site content to diagnose a fault, decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive, or determine whether a repair is necessary.

4.2 Estimates, pricing, and offers

Prices, “starting at” amounts, specials, coupons, and any estimates shown or generated on the Site are illustrative and non-binding. They do not constitute an offer, a quote, or a guaranteed price for your specific vehicle, and they may not include parts, labor, taxes, shop supplies, diagnostic time, or fees that apply to your job. Actual pricing depends on the make, model, year, condition, and configuration of your vehicle, on parts availability, and on what our technicians find. Vehicle repairs are performed under the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act, sections 559.901–559.9221, Florida Statutes, which governs written estimates, customer authorization, invoices, and related disclosures. The price and scope that control your repair are those in the estimate you authorize and the invoice you receive. The Federal Trade Commission requires that advertised prices be truthful and not misleading; if any advertising or Site content ever conflicts with the price you are actually quoted, the quoted price — confirmed with you before work begins — governs. See the FTC’s Automobile Industry Pricing Transparency FAQs and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ Motor Vehicle Repair consumer guidance for information about pricing and consumer rights.

4.3 No guarantee of any particular repair outcome

Vehicles are mechanical, electrical, and increasingly software-driven systems, and their condition changes with use. A repair that resolves a symptom may reveal or be followed by an unrelated condition. We cannot guarantee that a repair will eliminate every symptom, prevent a future failure, or restore a vehicle to as-new condition, and we cannot detect conditions that are not reasonably observable during the inspection performed. Additional findings may require additional authorization. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, beyond our capability or capacity, or that we believe is not in your interest. If you supply your own parts, we are not responsible for their quality, fitment, or failure.

4.4 Warranty

Repairs are backed by our parts-and-labor warranty on the specific repair performed, subject to the written warranty terms you receive with your invoice and the exclusions stated on the Site (for example, unrelated failures, customer-supplied parts, modifications, misuse, racing or off-road use, and subsequent work performed by others). Except for that warranty and any rights you have under applicable law — including any implied warranty of workmanlike performance under Florida law and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where applicable — we make no other warranty, express or implied, about repair services, parts, or outcomes. Nothing on this Site limits any warranty right you have that cannot be waived.

4.5 Advertising, imagery, and results

Our advertising — including ads delivered through Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms, and the landing pages they point to — is intended to describe the services we offer. Photographs, videos, and illustrations may be representative, stock, or AI-generated and may not depict an actual customer, vehicle, technician, or our facility. Any claim about speed (“same-day”), convenience, warranty length, or experience is based on our typical performance and is not a promise of a particular result for your job. We do not use fake urgency, fake scarcity, or hidden conditions in our offers; if you believe an advertisement of ours is inaccurate, contact us at info@wellingtonautoservice.com and we will correct it. Advertising claims are subject to the FTC’s truth-in-advertising and substantiation standards; see the FTC’s advertising and marketing guidance and Advertising Substantiation Policy Statement.

4.6 Reviews, testimonials, and ratings

Reviews, testimonials, and star ratings displayed on the Site may be served by a third-party review platform and may include reviews originally posted to Google or other public platforms. They reflect the personal experience and opinion of the individual customer and are not a prediction, guarantee, or promise of the results you will experience. We do not pay for reviews, we do not offer incentives conditioned on a review being positive, and we do not suppress or hide negative reviews. Ratings and review counts change over time as new reviews are posted. If you believe a review we display is false or misleading, contact us and we will investigate. This approach reflects the FTC’s guidance on endorsements and testimonials in advertising.

4.7 Artificial intelligence (AI) content disclosure

We use AI tools in our business and on the Site. Specifically:

  • AI-assisted text. Some Site copy and advertising copy may be drafted or edited with the assistance of AI, then reviewed and approved by us before publication.
  • AI-generated or AI-enhanced images. Some images on the Site or in our advertising may be produced or altered with AI tools. They are illustrative: they are not photographs of a specific customer’s vehicle, of our technicians, or of our facility unless the image is captioned or otherwise presented as an actual photograph.
  • AI chat assistants and automated phone handling. Where you interact with an automated assistant, we disclose that it is automated and not a human. Conversations may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized. AI responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and must not be relied on for pricing, diagnosis, safety, or legal purposes — always confirm with our staff at (561) 790-2886.
  • AI-assisted advertising. We may use AI-assisted tools to test creative and optimize audiences, using the data and safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

AI systems can produce confidently stated but incorrect information. We review AI-assisted public content before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that every AI-assisted passage is error-free; if you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it. We do not present AI-generated content as human-created where the distinction would mislead you, and we do not use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4.8 No affiliation with manufacturers; trademarks

Wellington Auto Service is an independent repair facility. We are not a dealer, we are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or its dealer network, and any reference to a manufacturer, model, or brand name is for identification and compatibility purposes only. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site should be read to suggest that a manufacturer recommends, certifies, or approves our services.

4.9 Third-party content, links, and embedded services

The Site may embed or link to third-party content and services, including review widgets, maps and directions, social media, scheduling or booking software, payment processing, and chat or AI assistants. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

4.10 Accuracy, availability, and errors

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but hours of operation, service offerings, staffing, availability, warranty terms, and promotions can change without notice, and the Site may contain typographical errors, out-of-date information, or omissions. Same-day service, appointment availability, and turnaround times are not guaranteed and depend on parts availability and workload. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or discontinue any service, offer, or Site feature at any time. Services described on the Site may not be available for every make, model, or condition of vehicle. Call (561) 790-2886 to confirm current information.

4.11 Limitation of liability

Your use of the Site is at your own risk, and the limitations of liability and disclaimers in our Website Terms & Conditions apply to this Disclaimer. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or any right you have under the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, or other consumer-protection law.

4.12 Accessibility

We are committed to accessibility. If any content on this Site is not accessible to you, see our Accessibility Statement for how to request the information in another format or to report a barrier.
